The CPK Method
A grounded, performance-minded practice built on breath, movement, mindset reset, meditation, and sound.
This is for you if
You’ve been hit by life but refuse to stay disconnected.
You want depth, not fluff.
You want real tools you can use on and off the mat.
You’re ready to bring to life calm, clarity, and quiet strength from within.

Meet Ken
I’m the creator of the CPK Method — Create Peace with Ken — a grounded, performance-minded practice built on breath, movement, mindset reset, meditation, and sound. It was shaped through lived experience, chronic illness, setbacks, discipline, and the refusal to give up. My work is for people who want depth, not fluff—real tools to calm the mind, strengthen the body, and reconnect to the power already within them.
CPK is about creating peace in the mind, building power in the body, and awakening quiet strength from within so you can move through life with more clarity, resilience, and purpose
Private sessions are offered by appointment only.

“I’ve discovered I’m stronger than I thought.
Since practicing with Ken, I take more risks and challenge myself—even knowing I might fail. My mindset has shifted not just on the mat, but in my daily life. I’m calmer, more grounded, and more willing to grow."

“This practice helped me reconnect to myself.
I came in looking for something just for me—and found so much more. I feel lighter, more confident, and genuinely excited to show up for myself, both on and off the mat. Ken creates a space that feels welcoming, powerful, and real."

“I found real peace through this practice.
Through breath and movement, I’ve become more present, less reactive, and more observant in life. Ken pushes you beyond what you think you’re capable of—but does it with humor and kindness. It’s challenging, it’s fun, and it makes you better."

“I’ve learned to stay present in the hard moments.
This practice has made me more resilient—physically and mentally. I can breathe through discomfort, stay grounded, and recognize stress before it takes over. It’s more than movement—it’s awareness."
Barbara B.
“I stopped comparing and started showing up for myself.”
I’ve gained confidence in my practice and learned to let go of comparison. I show up, do the work, and leave feeling accomplished, clear, and stronger each time.

I’m more willing to try challenging poses I never thought possible. I’ve gained mobility, stamina, and a deeper connection to my body. My energy feels stronger and more alive."
